All items are handmade and packaged with care.

Processing time

Orders ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.

Shipping rates

$5 flat-rate shipping
• Currently shipping to Maryland, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia only

Shipping method

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or a comparable tracked service.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information. Delivery times may vary slightly due to carrier delays, especially around holidays.


📦 Packaging & Care

Products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Because items are handmade, slight variations in appearance are normal and part of the process.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so I can make it right.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of handmade skincare, body care, candles, and personal products:

All sales are final.

I can not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Used or opened items
• Skincare, lip balms, perfumes, or candles
• Custom or limited-run items

This policy is in place to ensure safety and quality for all customers.


💔 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:
• A damaged item
• The wrong product

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos

I’ll assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.


📍 Local Orders & Community Care Items

Orders placed as part of special community care initiatives (including donation-supported items) follow the same shipping and return guidelines.
